Fall 2024 Issue - The Natural Form

Overview

Fall/Winter 2024, Issue No. 25: The Natural Form

This shoot reflects on beauty as something found in what surrounds us, rather than what is manufactured. Instead of chasing perfection, the body becomes part of the landscape, transforming into branches, petals, stones, and water. What each of us sees as beautiful is singular, resisting the standardized ideals of commercial images. By drawing attention to the way photography and art-making often replace lived experience with curated visuals, the shoot acts as a quiet critique of our visual culture. The tone is contemplative, reminding us that the richest ways of seeing are not polished or editorial, but embedded in the overlooked textures of the natural world.
